This was the first conference organized by Mid-Michigan Recovery Services, but we have always believed in the power of community to provide hope to those who need it most. On June 6, 2025, we will mark the 65th year since our founding, an establishment we owe to the grassroots 12-step movement in the Lansing region. This conference was a fitting tribute to that generation of community-minded leaders — and those who carry on with that calling today.
We all know the work is not easy. Fortunately, we don’t labor alone. Our hope is that this conference, in addition to providing valuable education, helped foster stronger relationships across our region.
